Absorbent Products

Dyecor provides absorbency in a wide variety of formats from reels, absorbent sheets cut to size or absorbent pouches. We have high speed machinery ready to produce your requirements and stock a number of absorbent papers to suit most applications. We are an experienced paper converter and offer guillotining, punching, slitting & rewinding and printed absorbent papers.

All products are fully traceable as part of our ISO quality management system. We also convert a range of board products, suitable for use in air freshener and air humidifier applications. We can convert and deliver your order promptly. Our range includes spill kits, laboratory bench absorbers and tray liners and branded absorbers printed with your logo or product name.

Absorbent Pouches

Dyecor absorbent pouches come in a range of sizes and substrates to provide cushioning protection and separation when packaging a number of vials. The absorbent material is an integral part of the construction of the pouch, providing 4 or 6 vial pouches in a compact form, ready from stock or to a configuration of your choice, with brand printing options and optional closing seals or open tops. For safe storage of multiple vials this is a simple and cost effective option to reduce the risk of breakage and contain the primary vial contents.

 

Slitting & Rewinding Services

Dyecor offers a roll-to-roll paper slitting and rewinding service. Our paper slitting machine is able to handle a wide variety of widths and core sizes to produce your slit roll specification. We have experienced staff able to offer a quick turnaround time to turn your stock into usable roll sizes.

We offer a high speed precision slitting service across a wide range of materials and our ISO quality management system ensures that all narrow coils are fully traceable to the parent reels. You can specify your output requirements by weight, length of roll or maximum diameter and we are experienced in working to detailed packaging specification to meet your individual customer requirements.
