Sachets Manufacturing
Dyecor has great experience in sachets manufacturing. Our UK manufacturing facility and friendly team will work with you to get the product you require.
LEAD TIMES
- We pride ourselves on fast turnaround of products. For totally new bespoke products, we aim for a 4 week turnaround from approval of artwork to delivery. For subsequent orders our turnaround time is within 2 weeks.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES
- Minimum order quantity of sachets is usually 15,000 sachets per design. This is determined by the cost of setting up sachet and printing machinery. We may be able to offer smaller minimum order quantities if you can agree to certain conditions, please contact us for further information on this.
PROCESS
- Firstly please contact us to receive pricing guidelines and generic samples. Secondly please send us copy of artwork (in JPEG or PDF). We will work with you to agree or supply us with sample of liquid, cream or wipe to be inserted into sachet. You will then receive bespoke samples for your approval.
SIZES
- Full range of sizes and shapes available
- Largely determined by type of insert of volume of liquid you want contained in sachet. Dyecor technical team have many years of expertise at your disposal
- Date coding available to help you identify batch
- Age of products
- V-nick available for easy tear opening.
Seals
- Able to make completely closed sachets or 3-side seals available which can be useful where you want to use small quantities at a time and finish the sachets yourself by adding the insert and 4th seal yourself.
Laminates & foils
- We stock a large range of paper/foil coated laminates ready for immediate printing. High gloss transit laminates also available.
Tissues papers & cards
- We stock a large range of tissues, papers and cards ready for immediate use
- Dyecor’s paper conversion division’s expertise at your disposal for choosing suitable paper
- Conversion division able to create exact shape and size of insert necessary.
Liquids fragances & cleaning agent
- We can offer many liquids, fragrances and cleaning solutions from stock - you advise the application, we can offer the solution.
Packaging
- We are regularly asked to do all sorts of end-packaging, from bulk packed boxes to individual packed retail packs, display boxes, kits and banded stacks.
Consignment & stock management
- For larger orders we offer a stock holding service and dispatch direct to your end customer/distributor. All paperwork and labels appear as if issued by your own company and we will keep you updated on your stock on a regular basis. In every aspect, we treat the stock as your own with care and attention at every level.
